Description

BLODWYN PIG 'Ahead Rings Out' 1969. Island ILPS 9101. Second UK Pressing on Pink Island with Black Block. STEREO.
This pink label with the 'black block' is the second pressing.
Run-off grooves have ILPS 9101 A (side one) and ILPS 9101 B2 (side two).
The cover/sleeve design by John Williams is iconic.
Condition

Record VG+

Visually, it looks great with no defects to speak of. Nice heavy vinyl.

When played, the music sounds wonderful - bright and clear and vibrant stereo - but there is some surface noise in the quieter sections. No heavy clicks, jumps, sticks or slides.

Cover/Sleeve VG-

E J Day gatefold sleeve with a couple of minor creases and some wear to spine and edges. One or two very tiny marks on the cover showing white. Slight rim wear to back cover. Inside the gatefold is in Excellent condition.

Labels - Excellent. There are some light spindle marks, of course.

Plain white inner sleeve
