Blood Sweat & Tears' original 1968 "Child Is Father to the Man" LP US Columbia stereo CS9619 with 1A/1A matrix numbers. 

I purchased this record when it was released in 1968 and it is from my personal collection.

The vinyl is in "NM" condition with no marks, scratches or spindle wear; it has been stored in a poly lined paper sleeve.  The jacket is in "NM" condition in the original shrink wrap with a firm spine and no seam splits; very faint ringwear at the top of the front cover on the shrink wrap (see photos).
