Description: NB: This is a MONO recording. Very rare and extremely sought after. 60s jazz doyenne Ms Dearie lends her beautiful and distinctive voice to some jazz and pop standards, with gorgeous results. The accompaniment was directed by Reg Guest and it compliments Blossom’s voice perfectly. I love the languid version of ‘Sunny’ and the seductive ‘Dindi’ (probably the best track on the album) but ‘Trains…’, ‘How Insensitive’ and ‘Alfie’ are fantastic too. Very difficult to find now, especially in this condition. The last copy I had was in 2001 and went to Japan for a significant sum! Shipping: Wherever you live, that is where I will send your package. The buyer will pay the ACTUAL shipping charges, plus the cost of the mailer/PVC sleeve. I’ll keep this cost as low as I can. Obviously, for people who’ve spent a substantial amount on records, I will do my best to be ‘pretty flexible’ with postage charges!
Typical shipping costs for 1 x LP = UK – 2.50 GBP; Europe – 4.00 GBP; USA 5.50 GBP; Rest of World – 6.00 GBP ----
Payment: I accept payment in the following forms: Cheque/Postal Orders (UK buyers), Paypal (IMOs are a last resort and I wouldn’t recommend that you use this route). I must insist on payment within 7 days of the auction ending, sorry this has been reduced from my old requirements, but some buyers have just been too naughty! No exceptions will be made without prior agreement with myself!! ----
