Artist: BLOSSOM DEARIE
Title: “Blossom Dearie Sings – Volume 1”
Label: DAFFODIL RECORDS. Stereo pressing on medium weight vinyl. Label is yellow with black text. Catalog number is BMD 101.
Year: 1973.
Personnel: Blossom Dearie – vocals, keyboard instruments, arrangements, compositions.
Condition:
Vinyl: Beautiful NM- with full original gloss. Has been played a small number of times and handled with care. There are a couple slight hairline paper scuffs but no serious or audible marks or problems. Plays beautifully with superb fidelity. Labels are clean. This hard-to-find LP is one that you will never need to upgrade.
Jacket: Jacket is EXCELLENT with nice bright artwork. Seams, spine, and surfaces are excellent. A slight trace of ring wear at the top, almost unnoticeable. Reverse is clean with just a few slight traces of ring wear. Autograph is in upper right corner. Overall a very fine jacket to accompany the superb disc.
NOTE: This album came from the estate of a gentleman who collected jazz albums for many years, many of which were autographed at performances he attended when the artist(s) appeared at clubs in the Washington, D.C., area. The owner prized his collection, played them sparingly, and stored them under the best conditions.
