Marmalade 608 010 - 1969 - UK

Very nice original STEREO copy of the second album by UK psych/prog group BLOSSOM TOES, issued on the collectible MARMALADE label in 1969.

COVER - The fully laminated cover is in VG+ to EX condition, generally flat and solid it only has some creases along the right edge. There are traces of a sticker in the top right corner, which has left some yellowing, but no tears.
Some lamination detachment on the top side of the left seam.
The seams are solid, the titles printed on the left side are perfectly legible. No tears, writings, stickers.

INNER - Period-correct plastic-lined standard white paper inner with blue copyright text.

VINYL - Clean and shiny, has just some hairlines and a few superficial marks on both sides, but this doesn't seem to affect playing. The record plays with very light surface noise only, although there is some crackling at the beginning of side 1 and can be graded EX.
Record playgraded using a Shure V15-Type III stylus at 1.5gr.

LABELS - Original Marmalade rough paper labels in perfect condition with no tears or writings.

MATRIX NUMBERS - Machine stamped 608010 A#3 1 1 (side 1) and 608010 B#2 1 1 (side 2).

Bellissima copia originale stereo del secondo album del gruppo psichedelico inglese BLOSSOM TOES, pubblicato dalla leggendaria etichetta MARMALADE nel 1969.

COPERTINA - La copertina interamente laminata è in condizioni tra VG+ ed EX, con alcune pieghe sul lato destro, tracce di un adesivo nell'angolo in alto a destra (ha lasciato un po' di ingiallimento ma nessuno strappo) e il distacco della pellicola trasparente nella parte superiore del lato sinistro.
Lati integri, titoli stampati sul lato perfettamente leggibili. Non ci sono scritte, strappi, adesivi.

BUSTA INTERNA - Busta standard originale in carta bianca con interno in plastica e scritte di colore azzurro.

VINILE - Pulito e brillante, ha solo qualche segno superficiale su entrambe le facciate ma senza influenza sull'ascolto. Il disco suona con un rumore di fondo molto contenuto (qualche leggero scricchiolio all'inizio della prima facciata). La mia valutazione è EX.
Disco suonato con una testina Shure V15-Type III del peso di 1.5 gr.

ETICHETTE - Originali Marmalade in carta ruvida in condizioni perfette senza strappi o scritte.

NUMERI DI MATRICE - Stampati a macchina sul vinile, 608010 A#3 1 1 (lato 1) e 608010 B#2 1 1 (lato 2).

La valutazione di questo disco è di 600 Sterline sull'edizione attuale (2014) della Record Collector Price Guide.
