The band were originally the Outcasts in Melbourne but recorded this as the Blue Beats in 1965.
The (a) side is savage Aussie garage punk at it’s best. It’s on Ugly Things Vol 2. The (b) side is sorta towards psych.
One of two singles they had. Incredibly scarce. Hard frantic and insane. Nice gloss & plays well. In a company jacket
