ALBUM DESCRIPTION & HISTORY: Recommended audiophile grade Blues Rock album with quiet surfaces and fantastic in your face sound.  Note original super deluxe double gatefold album cover as shown in photos above.  Led by singer/bassist DICKIE PETERSON, guitarist LEIGH STEPHENS and drummer PAUL WHALEY the trio play nine heavy blues-rock with recordings made in Sausalito, California at GATE 5 and in New York at A&R.  Acquired in 1968 and stored in the same record library to date. Highly recommended with excellent playback throughout.

We play graded this Lp on our audiophile grade turntable and playback system, very nice!   Superb cosmetic condition on the Album Cover (vibrant shiny lustre, like-new) no tears or splits.  No mildew.  Excellent vinyl with very quiet surfaces throughout.  This used record shows limited careful use. Sounds great from beginning to end, both sides with faint blemish smudge on beginning Side 2 that does not sound.  Otherwise, blemish free almost like new throughout.  We used a Shibata stylus (with excellent low noise results) to evaluate this Lp which uses a parabola instead of a cone shape to achieve a contact area four times greater than that of a spherical stylus.

This 33.3 RPM record has been well taken care of (properly stored) since new and has been kept upright in a dry, temperture regulated Lp record library.  It should, upon your playback, achieve quiet surfaces and terrific vintage sound!  We are audiophiles and are completely familiar with the lore of records and the technical requirements for superior playback.  Here is a rare opportunity to purchase this hard to find Lp on this No Reserve auction.
