Description

BLUE MITCHELL Blue’s Moods, Riverside 336, 1960, VG-/VG+.

 

Extremely rare original mono press of classic quartet date with Mitchell, Kelly, Sam Jones and Roy Brooks. As you can see, the cover has, as they say, some ‘issues’; but it’s a desirable one nonetheless…

 

VG- cover has ugly tape and some pen marks on back. Front artwork still pretty clean though.

 

VG+ vinyl has light scuffs/ hairlines but plays fine with only light crackles here and there. No skips, no loud ticks. Fidelity still good- sounds great. Deep groove labels clean except for sml name written in pen on both.
