Recorded in New York on the 25th of November,1956 and released in early 1957 this is Mobley's stunning debut on Blue Note.Musicians are Donald Byrd(trumpet),Lee Morgan(trumpet),Hank Mobley(tenor sax),Horace Silver(piano),Paul Chambers(bass) and Charlie Persip(drums).Four tracks are "Touch And Go","Double Whammy","Barrel Of Funk","Mobleymania",all composed by Mobley.
