Here is some extra info from the internet pertaining to this LP:
The earliest and rarest Blue Note LPs will have the 767 Lexington address on the back cover including the label in script. These were heavy thick vinyl with an ear and RVG Hand etched into the dead wax in the matrix area. There is also no "R" on the interior labels below in the "E" in "Note" in the Blue Note logo.
LP is VG+, with visible light scuffs on either side. A majority of these scuffs are what I call "pattern transfer," visible patterns transferred on an LP from a plastic interior sleeve (in this case, a paper interior sleeve that is lined with plastic). This LP sounds great - plays with some surface noise (some intermittent crackle and tics). Surface noise may be greatly reduced with a professional clean. Interior labels are very clean. LP is very clean and retains a nice gloss. Jacket is VG, with seam splits. There is a seam split on the top seam that starts at the front top right corner and travels toward the spine about 4 inches. There is a seam split on the top seam that starts at the top left corner and travels toward the mouth about 1/2 inch. There is a tiny split in the center of the spine. The front lower left corner is split about 1 inch upward and about 2 inches toward the mouth. There is a split on the bottom seam that starts at the front lower right corner and travels toward the spine about 3 inches. There are a couple of visible creases on the front of the jacket. There is wear on all seams and corners. There is an abrasion on the surface layer of the back of the jacket in the center of the mouth from the removal of a piece of tape (see pictures). Although this jacket has seen better days, the strength of this set lies with the LP. An original press of this set with the Lexington address on both the LP and the jacket is highly sought after in any condition, and would be a solid addition to any Blue Note collection!
