BLUE NOTE BLP 4109 Herbie Hancock Takin' Off LP

NEW YORK, USA address … ear and RVG etched in the dead wax.  VG+++.  A clean and well cared for Blue Note 12” LP from the 4100 Series.

Labels look new … clean and white … no spindle wear … Both sides have a few light marks and/or some light paper/sleeve scuffs … nothing deep or distracting. This LP has not seen that much action or a lot of turntable time … Looks great.  Another very well-preserved piece of Blue Note 60’s history.  The collector I purchased this from (I’m the 3rd owner) called the vinyl Near Mint …

I won’t go that far but, it’s really nice and clean.  VG ++ or better might be more conservative.  One of my favorite Francis Wolff photos on the Reid Miles cover.

Jacket looks great … close to near mint …

No splits, writing, tears …  Back is still very white and clean.  No real shelf wear to speak of.  Very well cared for.  See pictures.  Incredible line-up of players.   Low reserve.
