HANK MOBLEY "DIPPIN'" LP - On Blue Note Records, #84209. Scarce vintage stereo pressing with the Blue & Black (Liberty/UA) labels. VAN GELDER stamp in the trail-off on both sides. Matrix number is hand-etched on both sides. Thick vinyl, thick glossy cardboard cover. The personnel: Lee Morgan/trumpet; Hank Mobley/tenor sax; Harold Mabern Jr./piano; Larry Ridley/bass; Billy Higgins/drums. The vinyl is in phenomenal M- condition (beautiful gloss)!! Labels are pristine. The jacket is in excellent shape, displays wonderfully with only light storage wear. NO significant seam splits, NO cut-out marks, and the front cover graphics are particularly striking.
