Description
This is a fine example of the LP 'Distortions' by Blue Phantom.
It's on the UK Kaleidoscope label.
It's a stereo recording and the catalogue number is KAL 101. It was released originally in 1972.
OUTER SLEEVE - The sleeve is laminated on the front is in fine condition. There is some very minor creasing but this is hardly noticeable. The edges and spine show some very minor creasing. The wording along the spine is 100% readable. The rear of the sleeve is fine with minimal discolouration.I've graded the sleeve Ex-.
INNER BAG - Plain white die cut paper type which shows some minor creasing.
RECORD - The record is in fine condition. It appears to have been played quite a few times. There are some superficial marks on both sides. It plays very well on both sides with some surface noise especially between tracks and some very occasional pops and clicks On my turntable there are no jumps on any of the tracks on either side.
LABELS - The labels are yellow with green wording. There are some minor spindle marks around both holes. The labels are in fine condition with no damage. The matrix numbers on the run-off grooves are - side one - KAL + 101 + A2 - side two - KAL + TUR + 101 + B. I've graded the record as Ex- which I believe is very fair.
I try to grade everything very conservatively and I believe that the winner of this auction will not be disappointed. I guarantee everything I sell. It will be difficult to find this record again.
