Our shipping rates include delivery confirmation, a study cardboard record mailer, and additional packing materials.

Payment is required within three (3) days of winning bid unless you are bidding on more than one item or have contacted us with acceptable reasons for late payment.

For shipping outside of the U.S.A. we ask that you please contact us for the modified rates.

Due to the large amount of records we have to list, we can not play check all of them. We give a brief visual check on 95% of them. If the buyer is not satisfied with their buy, we will give a 100% refund. All records must be returned in order to recieve refund. Records sold in lots must all be returned (NO PARTICAL REFUNDS). Beware, all records are marked with an ID mark. All returns must match the mark we have on record. Example of lots refund - if two records in a lot of fifty would be bad the buyer will still have to return all fifty records for a refund. (NO PARTICAL REFUNDS OR RETURNS!) In order to recieve a refund, the buyer must notify Harding Records withing TWO days of the receipt of records.
SS (Still Sealed) Never opened. Flawless, with no damage whatsoever. M- (Mint Minus) Has been opened, but sill flawless with no damage whatsoever. VG+ (Very Good Plus) The vinyl may have scuff marks and signs of some wear but will still play almost perfectly throughout with only "barely detectable" crackles or pops. A slight noise at the beginning is allowable but the remainder must be nearly flawless. The cover may only have the slightest signs of normal wear. VG (Very Good) The majority of records (worth selling) fall under this grade. The vinyl may crackle, pop, or make other annoying noises but only occasionally never continuously and not more loudly than the music being listened to.The cover has normal use wear such as ring wear and split seams. If there is abnormal damage such as tears or markings but the seller still feels that it qualifies as a "VG" the damage must be described in comments attached to the item. G+ (Good Plus) The vinyl may have continuous crackles, pops, etc... but not so loud as to make the music completely un-listenable or un-enjoyable to the casual listener.
