B.K. TURNER (BLACK ACE) on DECCA # 7281

Listed is none other than Black Ace on Decca # 7281. A great slide guitar player who played in the "lap" style simular to Hawaiian players, as opposed to bottleneck players. Great stuff!!!!!!!!!!..The tunes and condition(s) are as follows:

BLACK ACE: What else??? A signature tune. Both slide playing and vocals are strong. When I first played this, it skipped, I then increased the weight on my tone arm and it played without a flaw. I do keep a light tonearm, so you may have to turn the weight on your's slightly. Again, a very strong sound. Ace at his best!!!!.. a slight hiss but nothing to write home about. Condition VG+.

TRIFLING WOMAN: Ace has a trifling woman...must bug her that he's beatin' on a tricone all the time!!!...Another great piece of slide guitar. Vocals are strong as well. You can't go wrong with a trifling woman!!!!..Condition VG+.

All of my 78s are PLAY GRADED on an Esoteric Sound turntable using a McIntosh amp in the mono mode with the filter on. Please remember this is an old record and has been played.
