Record -EX: The record shows some signs of having been played, there is lessening in sound quality; lots light scratches.

Cover -Ex: The cover has abrasions, which make the cover looks like little bit dirty; light crushed cover's corners; 2 cm long tear on the edge (it has been fixed); one writing; little water damage.
