BLUESOLOGY: Mr. Frantic c/w Everyday I Have The Blues. Fontana UK original. TF 668. 1966.
Well, here's a copy of one of the rarest items around. Mr. Frantic is a Reg Dwight composition on which he sings a distinctive lead. It's a terrific blue-eyed soulful beater with great horns and keyboards. The flip is a rocking version of the old blues standard. The vinyl has a good sheen, but there are some marks and scuffs, fortunately nothing too serious. The marks on the B side are quite visible, but are only on the surface. I've played both sides of the single, and it plays very nicely with hardly any interference. I'd grade this record VG. Comes in company sleeve. Let me re-iterate, this is a genuine UK original in decent condition. When are you going to find another?
