This auction is for a Brand New
Signed album cover of
Petula Clark "Portrait of Petula Happy Heart" vinyl record album.
Album is still sealed and the record was not taken out and never played.
However, in order for the artist to sign it,
she had to partially tear off a part of the shrink wrap.
You can see them in the picture provided.
