NEAR MINT (NM) : very clean, only a few light marks, a great record for even the most discerning collector
EXCELLENT (EX) : light marks or a scuff, closer to near mint but falling just shy of that mark - still a great record
VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+) : light scratches, scuffs but plays with minimal surface noise that does not overpower music
VERY GOOD (VG) : light scratches with surface noise or or audible crackle that is distracting but still sounds good
VERY GOOD MINUS (VG-) : noisy but plays ok, but JUST ok
GOOD: very rough, scratched or just plain unlistenable
