This box set would grade overall as a solid very good+.
The box itself has no splits, pen marks or major issues and would grade at excellent. It has only slight wear to the edges and corner and no stand out issues. There is a few minor storage marks in places, some grubby marks and general signs of age but no major problems. It also has some age spots to the inside(see pics).
All five lps are in good playable condition. Some have a few light scratches and marks, while others are visually cleaner. I have graded at VG+ as some do have light marks, lines and signs of use.I play tested the entire box set and will try to outline the most noticeable issues I picked up on.
Record 1: Light surface noise in the run ins, minor light amounts of surface noise. Both sides tidy and much closer to a grade of 'EX'.

Record 3: Light surface noise in run ins and also a few minor tics at the end of track 1(side 1) caused by a scratch across this track. Not hugely disruptive and most of both sides closer to EX-.
Record 4: As records 1 and 2 but for a quick skip in the last track on side 1. This is brief but there is a skip there for some reason. There is also light wear in this track which produces very slight distortion.

So overall the records play tidily but there is the quick skip and occasional minor levels of surface noise as mentioned. Overall I feel a grade of VG+ is fair and accurate for the audio as a whole.
All five lp inner sleeves are in a similar very good+ condition with no splits, tears or pen marks but with some creasing, grubbiness and general signs of age.
It includes its two original inserts/booklets which are in very good+ condition with no tears, pen marks or loose pages but some light age spots and minor signs of age/handling.
