Released in June or August 1966.This mono album was released twice with slightly different labels. The first release has "Blonde On Blonde" above "Bob Dylan" on the record labels, while the second release has "Bob Dylan" above "Blonde On Blonde".
Catalog number appears on sleeve as "66012". On labels as "DDP 66012", with "(CL 2516)" printed just below on record 1, and "(CL 2517)" printed just below on record 2.
Orange labels, "Made in England".
Track B2 appears on label as "Stuck Inside Of Mobile With Thee".
