'Made in England' printed at 6'o'clock on the record labels  - 'Made in Great Britain' printed on inner sleeves - 9 black and white photographs on the insides of the gatefold, including the 'woman' photograph. (see photo below) -  front and back laminated gatefold sleeve - matrix numbers:

Side One : "S 66012 A3"

Side Two : "SDDP 66012 B1" 

Side Three : "SBPG 66012 C3"

Side Four : "S-66012-D2"

'66012'  printed in the top right hand corner of the front sleeve and at the top of the spine - 14 white lines between 'BOB DYLAN' and 'BLONDE ON BLONDE' on the spine. 

"SDDP6012" at 3'o clock with (CS 9316) printed underneath on sides 1 and 2 and "SDDP6012" and (CS 9317) printed underneath on sides 3 and 4.

With 2 CBS custom inner sleeves.

1st record weighs 155 grams - second record weighs 157 grams.

Condition

Vinyl : sides 1 and 2 excellent; - when viewed in the daylight there are no visible imperfections - when viewed under a strong lamp there are a couple of light hairline marks on each side - sides 3 & 4 very good +: a couple of light surface marks - selective sound testing of the records reveals no interference with the powerful stereo sound quality; 

Labels : a couple of light spindle marks  - these are unobtrusive and only evident when the discs are held up against a strong light - otherwise all 4 labels are as new;

Sleeve : very good +: wear to the corners and edges, including the opening edges - a couple of light, unobtrusive pressure indentations and a couple of surface creases to laminate and the slightest hint of ring pressure /wear (outer) front and back - the spine is clean and intact - "To Tony, with all my love and lots more - I love you Christine xxxxx" written in small blue pen along the top of the back inside face - otherwise the front and back are clean and bright - otherwise no splits tears, or other major imperfections.   

2 x custom CBS inners in very good + condition, with just light creasing and the track listing to side 2 written along the top of one side.
