DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE : seam split on top edge for 4cm by the opening, otherwise Superb...Laminate tight..other edges and corners sharp..Lovely and clean...Spine lettering nice and sharp: VG+
INNERS: Superb...no creases marks or seam splits: EX+
VINYL - RECORD ONE: just a few wispy 'ultrafine' paper contact hairlines on Side 2...both sides play Superbly with barely any surface noise...Beautiful clear sound!: VISUAL EX / AUDIO EX+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied -I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
