My husband and I  met in 1970. Both of us were Bob Dylan fans, and we can date this precisely, as I bought it for his birthday in October 1970.

Like most of our LPs we played it when first bought and then it got stored in an LP rack at the bottom of the wardrobe. This has been played ( not new) but both record and packaging are in very good condition considering it is 45 years old. I have sat and listened while all 4 sides played all the way through, there are no imperfections and good sound quality

I am no expert, and this is probably not a first press, but it must be quite an early original copy  and I can not find a similar one on Ebay with these inner paper sleeves. There are many experts out there who will know if it is rare or not, much better than I would.

WHEN OPEN THERE ARE 9 BLACK AND WHITE PHOTOS INSIDE, DETAILS OF THE TRACK TITLES AND VARIOUS CREDITS TO THE SONGS

HAS IDENTICAL ORIGINAL CBS INNER PAPER SLEEVES FOR BOTH LPs. ONE SIDE IS SINGING THE PRAISES OF VINYL RECORDS, THE OTHER SHOWS THE COVERS OF 25 RECORDS, ALL CBS I ASSUME?

ALL FOUR SIDES OF THE TWO LPs HAVE VARIOUS COMMON WRITING ON THE ORANGE LABELS...SDDP66012, (CS 9317), B.Feldman, @1966, STEREO with flash underneath.  331/3 ETC

EACH SIDE HAS IT'S OWN REF NO. ON THE ORANGE LABEL AND IMPRESSED INTO THE VINYL, SDDP 66012 A, B, C and D for Side 1, 2, 3 and 4

CONTAINS TWO 12" VINYL LPs IN VERY GOOD, HARDLY USED CONDITION.

CONDITION STATEMENT... The laminated cardboard cover is in overall good cosmetic condition. No rips, tears, scribbling etc. The odd crease,mark and bubble, but nothing serious. The spine is intact, minor corner scuffs. The inside photos are clear and undamaged. Some minor discolouration marks around the perimeter, but quite light.  The paper inner sleeves are also in very good original condition. Seams intact, no rips, tears, pieces missing etc. No serious marks, printing clear, but have gone a bit yellowish with age. Vinyl LPs, both records are in very good condition, no serious  scratches or damage to the playing surfaces. There is the odd surface mark here and there as is to be expected as not new. Straight, no warping, all orange label printing clear. There is a minor scuffing to the orange paper just by the spindle hole where they have been put on / removed from the record player. Have been tested, play smoothly with good sound quality. All in all in a surprising condition considering it's age
