From Columbia Records (PC 33235) this is BLOOD ON THE TRACKS by BOB DYLAN.  The cover is NEAR MINT or better showing no wear, no aging and certainly no abuse (minor flaw upper left back surface, see photo); all seams intact and sturdy with strong spine with printing dead center. Front and back faces show bright and vibrant colors; corners are perfect 90-degree angles (no bumped corners).  The original inner sleeve is present and in very nice condition, about MINT.    Playing surfaces show no buffs and NO SCRATCHES rating at least NEAR MINT+ (probably better).
