On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Bob Dylan called "Blonde On Blonde" and is an ORIGINAL 1966 UK 1st Pressing on the 1st Press 'Textured' Orange CBS labels!!!! THIS LP IS VERY VERY SPECIAL INDEED AND HAS TO BE THE RAREST POSSIBLE VARIATION OF ANY UK BOB DYLAN LP!!!!  AS ANY BOB DYLAN COLLECTOR WILL ALREADY KNOW 'BLONDE ON BLONDE' HAS ALWAYS PROVED THE HARDEST EVER BOB DYLAN LP TO FIND - ESPECIALLY IN TOP CONDITION.  HOWEVER THIS LP IS RARER STILL AS IT IS AN ABSOLUTELY 100% GENIUNE STEREO 1ST PRESSING WITH A STEREO 'PRINTED' COVER FRONT!!!!  IN 1966 WHEN THIS LP WAS FIRST RELEASED, NEARLY EVERY 1ST PRESSING WAS MADE IN MONO WITH VIRTUALLY NONE MADE IN STEREO!!!!  AND EVEN WHEN A STEREO COPY DOES TURN UP IT IS NEARLY ALWAYS A LATER PRESSING FROM THE LATE 1960S OR 70S.  BUT NOT THIS ONE!!!!   THIS IS AN ULTRA RARE GENIUNE 1966 'EARLIEST' STEREO 1ST PRESSING AND IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!   I WILL EXPLAIN THE 1ST PRESS CHARACTERISTICS IN DETAIL.  FIRSTLY THIS STEREO 1ST PRESSING HAS A 'PRINTED' STEREO COVER FRONT - WITH THE WORD 'STEREO' PRINTED UNDER THE LAMINATE (LATER LPS HAD STEREO STICKERS).  SECONDLY IS HAS A FLIPBACK GATEFOLD COVER (LATER ONES WERE NON FLIPBACK).  THIRDLY IT HAS 9 PICTURES ON THE INSIDE GATEFOLD (LATER ONES DONT).  FOURTHLY BOTH RECORDS HAVE 1/1 MATRIX ENDINGS (LATER ONES DONT), AND LASTLY BOTH RECORDS ARE PRESSED ON MASSIVELY THICK VINYL (LATER ONES ARE MUCH THINNER)!!!!  ANOTHER EXTREMELY IMPORTANT POINT TO MENTION IS THAT BOTH RECORDS ARE PRESSED ON MASSIVELY THICK VINYL (LATER ONES ARE MUCH THINNER) AND HAVE '33' TEXT & HEAVILY 'TEXTURED' LABELS (LATER ONES HAVE '33 1/3')!!!!   DONT UNDERESTIMATE THE SERIOUS RARITY OF THIS LP!!!!  FINDING A STEREO 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING OF THIS LP IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE!!!!   NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS DOUBLE LP IS IN SUPERB CONDITION!!!!  THIS IS THE 1966 UK 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS CBS LABELS, 1ST PRESS '33' TEXT ON ALL LABELS, 1ST PRESS 1/1/1/1 MATRIX ENDINGS, MEGA THICK QUALITY VINYL, 1ST PRESS CBS ADVERTISING INNER SLEEVES, AND 1ST PRESS LAMINATED FLIPBACK GATEFOLD COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND AS AN 'EARLIEST' STEREO 1ST PRESSING - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the original CBS UK 'Earliest' 1st pressing from 1966 and is in STUNNING condition!!!!  The Cat. No is SDDP 66012 on the 1st Press CBS Labels (see picture) and is a MUCH rarer UK STEREO 1st pressing!!!!

The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO writing, NO wear and only a few light spindle marks!!!!  The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and I will visually grade each side in turn - with a playing & overall grade at the end.  Side 1 has NO scratches, NO hairlines, only 1 light NON sounding scuffline, only 2 light NON sounding surface marks, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  Side 1 must grade visually Very Good++++ if not better!!!! Side 2 has NO scratches, NO hairlines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! Side 2 must grade visually Excellent++ if not better!!!!  Side 3 has NO scratches, only 2 or 3 ULTRA faint wispy hairlines (only visible under EXTREME light), and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! Side 3 must STRICTLY grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!! Side 4 has NO scratches, NO hairlines, only 1 MEGA light wispy scuffline, and only a few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  Side 4 must grade Excellent(Minus) if not better!!!! BOTH RECORDS STILL RETAINS THEIR ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND LOOK SUPERB!!!!  It is great to find that both records play as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, NO hiss and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply AWESOME with NO groovewear and NO distortion either!!!! The records overall must grade Excellent(Minus) - with the playing grade better still!!!! THESE RECORDS PLAY SUPERBLY!!!!  Believe me these records are NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The records also come in their ORIGINAL 1st Press CBS Advertising inner sleeves!!!!  The 1st Press STEREO Gatefold Flipback Laminated Cover is in SUPERB condition!!!!  It has NO edge wear (apart from a small area of virtually INVISIBLE 'roughening' on the top edges - NOT through the colour and VERY hard to notice), NO spinal wear, shiny laminate, only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), only a few light creases (cover is still VERY flat looking), and NO writing!!!! The opening edges are beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated inside is in STUNNING condition with STUNNING flipbacks, NO wear, NO rubbing, NO grubbyness, and barely ANY yellowing AT ALL!!!!  Also on this inside of the cover - just below the top right flipback is the ORIGINAL price from the record shop '£2-10-0 (in old english money).  And this helps to show EXACTLY how early this double LP really is!!!!  As this was the original 'Day Of Release' price of £2 & 10 shillings - and this was almost immediately reduced after release to help sales!!!!  The cover must grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND (ESPECIALLY IN THIS CONDITION), AND IT WILL SURELY BE A VERY VERY LONG TIME BEFORE YOU GET THE CHANCE TO OWN A 100% GENIUNE 1966 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING OF THIS LP IN STEREO AGAIN - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS SERIOUSLY RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
