PLEASE READ ITEM DESCRIPTION>
This is a 1966 original copy of Bob Dylan's "Blond on Blonde" double LP in gatefold sleeve. I am not able to play the record, and after consulting discogs etc I am unsure whether it is a mono or stereo recording.
This is from discogs;
Original UK mono release in outside laminated flipback gatefold sleeve with nine photos inside, including one of Claudia Cardinale, and track B2 as "Stuck Inside Of Mobile With Thee" instead of "Memphis Blues Again".
Orange company paper inner sleeves, advertising other CBS releases.
Issued on orange labels with album title above the artist's name; speed indicator as "33" (no "⅓"); 'Made in England' at bottom; and 'Record 1' & 'Record 2' designations at right.
Label variant to Blonde On Blonde, with track B2 as "Stuck Inside Of Mobile With Thee" instead of "Memphis Blues Again."
Catalogue number 66012 on sleeve.
Catalogue number DDP 66012 on labels.
A1 appears as "Rainy Day Women # 12 & 35" on cover, but as "Rainy Day Women Nos. 12 & 35" on label.
A4 appears as "One Of Us Must Know" on cover, but as "One Of Us Must Know (Sooner Or Later)" on label.

So note, the ITEM I AM SELLING has- Track B2 is Memphis Blues Again. It DOES have the paper insert advertising other CBS releases. The speed shown on the record centre IS 33 (not 33 1/3) It has "Made in England" and "record 1" and "record 2" in the record centres It has DDP 66012 on record centres and DDP 66012 A1, DDP 66012 B1, DDP 66012 C1, DDP 66012 D1 in the matrixes (stereo record has SDDP?) A1 appears as "Rainy Day Women # 12 & 35" on cover, but "Rainy Day Women Nos. 12 & 35 on label. A4 appears as "One Of Us Must Know" on cover, but "One Of Us Must Know (sooner or later)" on label. ddd
I would grade the records as good but there are some marks and I'm not able to play them I'm afraid. The main sleeve is laminated and was made that way. There is no clue whether it is mono or stereo other than what I've written above. Please study the photos and ask any questions if you need to and I will try and answer them as best I can.
I've had it for many years but I'm selling off my collection now. From a smoke free clean home always stored with care.

I've been advised by another eBay member of the following; "Hi, it’s a first mono pressing. "...I know for a fact that it’s a first mono, so it’s safe to list it as that. The first mono pressings didn’t state ‘mono’ because it was the standard format. You’ll quite often see mono sleeves with a ‘stereo’ sticker with a stereo release; that’s when there weren’t enough of the ‘stereo’ sleeves printed. So any early to mid-1960s sleeve that doesn’t state either is by default a mono." Please use this information as advisory and make your own mind up!
