Description
This is a fine copy from a 1968 stereo U.S. repressing of the seventh LP by Bob Dylan, a double LP originally released in 1966. One of the epochal releases of the 1960s, the record includes a couple of Dylan's best known songs, "Rainy Day Women #12 & 35" and "Just Like a Woman," as well as extended tracks like "Visions of Johanna," "Stuck Inside of Mobile with the Memphis Blues Again," and the side-long disc 2 closer, "Sad Eyed Lady of the Lowlands." The LP was recorded in Nashville, and features contributions from Al Kooper, Joe South ("Games People Play"), the Band's Robbie Robertson, and some crack session musicians. The 1968 repressing has two fewer photos inside the gatefold than the original pressing did. The gatefold jacket has light ring wear and scraping on the front and back covers, light corner, spine, and seam wear, and two small tears at the “hinge” inside the gatefold -- EX(+). The discs are clean with a little light scraping and scuffing, and play with occasional light surface noise -- EX(+). The record comes with the original clear plastic inner sleeves.
I am in the process of selling off a large personal collection amassed over two decades. All discs have been stored in plastic lined inner sleeves separate from their jackets. The jackets have been stored in plastic sleeves. I have play graded (spot checked) discs except where otherwise noted.
If you'd like to order multiple items, I'll happily combine them so that you won't have to pay multiple shipping charges.
