Description
This is a fine copy from a 1965 mono U.S. reissue (based on the labels) of the debut LP by Bob Dylan, originally released in 1962. The record shows a baby-faced Dylan in his formative stage: already a formidable performer, but not yet the masterful songwriter that he would soon become (only two of the songs here are original compositions). The jacket is close to M- with a few minor flaws: light ring wear, light discoloration on the back cover slick, and a former owner’s name written in pen along the edge on the front cover (see photo: it's faint) (EX+). Visually, the disc has some scraping and scuffing. It pops a few times late in side 2, track 2 (I removed an embedded piece of grit that was causing a skip), but otherwise plays with some light surface noise -- overall EX-.
I am in the process of selling off a large personal collection amassed over two decades. All discs have been stored in plastic lined inner sleeves separate from their jackets. The jackets have been stored in plastic sleeves. I have play graded (spot checked) discs except where otherwise noted.
