Labels with "33 1/3" indicated as a speed.

Front laminated cover without STEREO logo. No catalogue number under CBS logo in front.

Back cover bottom text box states CBS stereo records can be played on mono record players...

Ernest J Day cover credit "patent pending" below CBS Text Box.

Vinyl label has titles conflicting with those on sleeve:
A1 reads She's No Good (Fuller wrote "You're").
A5 reads Fixin' To Die Blues
A7 reads Highway 51 Blues

Comes with CBS "Made In Great Britain" 1969 Artist Release Adverts OIS.

Very clean CBS orange labels with no spindle wear or blemishes.

Bright and glossy vinyl surface appears well maintained with a few visible light marks...plays crisp, clear and loud with minimal background or surface noise and occasional light crackle or soft pop more audible during quiet sections. 

Sleeve Grading:      (VG+/EX) 
Bright and glossy laminated thin sleeve cover is fully intact with little signs of storage or shelf wear except for light staining back cover top edge with faint ring wear and light spine wear but completely legible.
