Description
Title: Bob Dylan - Same(1st issue STEREO 6-Eye label) CONDITION: Record: M- condition. Beautiful spotless 50's style labels. MIRROR finish disc with a couple small scratches on side 2. Small amount of VERY LIGHT paper marks. Small bit of "fog" from the pressing process. Barely noticeable. Comes with original blue inner sleeve. One of 3 known label variations to this 1st pressing. Dead wax numbers are: side 1 - XSM-55621-1E, side 2 - XSM-55622-1F. Sleeve: M- condition. Solid thick cover. Barely any edgewear. Clean unworn spine. Pretty sharp corners, a couple VERY small dings. VERY light surface scuffs on front. You'll have to take it outside in the sunlight to see them like I did. Back cover is clean snow white & is missing the "Produced by John Hammond" credit. Later 60's issued covers had this credit and many times a later cover in better shape is improperly substituted for an original like this one. Two VERY SMALL pin pricks on back cover. I've had this for years & JUST noticed these, that's how small they are. One is to the left of the photo of Bob & one at the beginning of the 6th line of "His Life & Times" at the bottom left of the cover. No cover opening wear. Label: Columbia CS8579 Overall Condition: Pretty much the top. No need to upgrade this one. Description: Can't imagine finding a better one of these in 2010, 48 years after its' release. I used to see the mono issues from time to time, but don't even see those anymore in ANY condition. So what's a STEREO copy worth in this shape? Hardly any 1st issue stereo copies were sold like this 'cause Columbia changed the labels shortly after its' release to the more familiar 60's red & white label. Also, anybody that knew who this guy was then didn't have a REAL stereo to play it on anyway AND it would have cost a whopping $1.00 more for the stereo issue than the mono($3.98, ouch!) ? After he's gone you won't be able to afford this, not that you'll be able to find one then anyway. IMPORTANT NOTE: When shipping records I use proper LP Mailers with at least 2 pieces of cardboard. I remove the record from the cover and put item in outer plastic sleeve to prevent against further wear and split seams (If Factory Sealed I DO NOT open it!). I've been collecting for over 35 years and I pack records the way I would want them packed so they arrive safely. I grade records conservatively the way I would want them graded for myself. All sealed albums are guaranteed to be ORIGINAL SEALED and sold as a SEALED ALBUM. Once you open the Lp it is NOT RETURNABLE. Should you be dissatisfied with any sealed Lp, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping cost, provided it is returned in the same condition as sent. If any questions feel free to email BEFORE placing your bid!

Namely, bidders in far-away lands bidding on things they may or may not be able to afford, then waiting anywhere from 1-3 weeks to respond to invoices and emails and maybe finally paying after giving me a long list of excuses that I've heard many times before, from them and others. Would you like it if I waited 3 weeks to send out items you paid for because I was "sick(but still listing & buying), on vacation(yet again!!!), somehow missed your many emails, my credit card doesn't work(gee, I wonder why?)" etc. etc.? Why would anybody bid on stuff then leave on a 3 week vacation, AGAIN, and not take care of their financial responsibilities before they leave?!?! If you aren't into basic language communication, don't NOW have or won't SOON have the money to pay for the items you bid on, or can't get payment to me within 7 days(I get letters from Europe all the time that take 4-5 days to get here), please DON'T BID on my items. Chasing after bidders for days or sometimes weeks trying to get payment out of them, or even a response to my emails, many times while they are bidding AND winning other items elsewhere, is a big FAT WASTE of my time. When I win something I pay for it within 48 hours...MAX!! So why can't you? Let's all be adults please!!!! ****
