Matrix : SBPG 62847 A1/B1
This scarce UK 1st stereo press is on the textured orange CBS label. It is complete with the very earliest SBPG 62847 A1/B1 matrix, the earliest ’33’ text on the label and the earliest laminated front cover Stereo printed flipback sleeve. 
The heavy vinyl is in Very Good condition. There are some marks on both sides but none are very heavy, it still has a superb original gloss. The fully textured bright orange CBS label is completely clean and bright with very light spindle wear.
The sound quality is Very Good. The vinyl lies completely flat on the turntable and the sound is exceptionally rich and vibrant. There is some noise in places and a couple of clicks, but this is an original heavy press and as such plays through surprisingly well.
The earliest original stereo printed laminated sleeve is in Excellent condition. The white is bright and the colours are vivid. The laminate has a superb gloss with just a couple of light laminate creases. There is light corner wear. The back is extremely bright, the flipbacks are sealed and complete and the whole sleeve is solid. The spine is extremely firm with clear text.  841 (GS 7.0.16 (841))
