BOB DYLAN, Highway 61 Revisited, mis press, original CBS mono 1965 UK LP.
BPG 62572, original first issue 1965 UK CBS orange record labels.
A first issue 1965 UK mono copy in original condition, featuring:
1. the records ‘matrix’ number has been ‘mis pressed’ on the record label on side two, as it appears as, ‘62572’ and incorrect as, ‘62575 !’,
2. the records ‘matrix’ letters of ‘BPG’ are missing on each side of the record !, as the records ‘matrix’ engraved into the ‘run off’ grooves are just, ‘62572 A3’ and ‘62572 B3’,
3. original first issue 1965 UK CBS mono orange ‘textured’ and ‘ridged’ record labels,
4. each of the record labels feature the earliest text of, ‘33’, later record labels read, ‘33 1/3’,
5. original first issue 1965 UK sleeve made of the period, quality ‘thick / heavy’ card,
6. comes with its original period, UK ‘CBS / Philips’, ‘British Patent’ inner sleeve.
CONDITION:
THE MAIN SLEEVE: is in very good++ condition, the front of the sleeve is laminated. The spine is in very good++ condition and most of the text on the spine is readable. The rear of the sleeve features the original UK, tri ‘flip back’ design, ie ‘fold over’ edges. There are NO tears, pen writing, stickers, sticker residue to the sleeve. There is a split to the top, centre edge.
THE INNER SLEEVE: is in very good++ condition and is the original period UK ‘CBS’ / ‘Philips’, ‘British Patent’ inner sleeve. The two opening edges have remained clean and unworn. Theres NO pen writing, tears, splits, stickers or sticker residue to the inner sleeve.
THE RECORD: each side of the record is in very good++ condition. The record is made from the period, 1960s thick, heavy vinyl. The record has remained dark and glossy.
The records matrix is: side one - 62572 A3, also the numbers / letters of, ‘A 7 A’, I think it is, is engraved onto the ‘run off’ groove. Side two - 62572 B3.
THE AUDIO: side one plays excellent. Side two, there are four skips on track one and one skip on track three, side two plays with some ‘ticks’ heard here and there, apart from this, overall the audio on side two is very good++. The record plays with a full powerful, period mono sound. The record lays flat on the turntable.
THE RECORD LABELS: each of the record labels are in excellent condition. Each of the record labels are free from any pen writing, stickers or sticker residue.
TO GRADE THE CONDITION OF THE RECORD I AM USING THE OFFICIAL GRADING SYSTEM FROM THE ‘RECORD COLLECTOR’ MAGAZINE.

PACKING - ALL RECORDS ARE POSTED WITH MULTI LAYERED CARD STIFFENERS FOR PROTECTION. BEFORE POSTING, THE RECORD IS REMOVED FROM THE RECORDS ORIGINAL INNER AND OUTER SLEEVE, THE RECORD IS THEN PUT INTO A SECOND PAPER INNER SLEEVE TO MINIMISE ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR WHILE IN TRANSIT. THE RECORD / SLEEVES ARE THEN PUT INTO A NEW PLASTIC SLEEVE FOR FURTHER PROTECTION.
