Beautiful copy of Trade Mark of Quality's supposed second release.  You can tell by the matrix numbers that this was pressed early, when Dub Taylor & Ken Douglas were running the label.  Soon enough, TMOQ would phase out the stamped covers and would also begin using an organized numbering system.

Great LP and one of the earliest underground LPs pressed which started the underground vinyl LP heyday.

This LP was played once (when I taped it onto a cassette in the early 70s).  It was one paper scuff on the B side.  PLENTY of gloss.  Attention Dr. Karl: posting a few others.   :-) .
