original 1966 UK 1st Press
orange CBS label
does not appear to have been played much at all
100% genuine rare STEREO 1st pressing with the black Stereo box arrows logo PRINTED on the front cover / later issues had Stereo stickers
nearly every 1st pressing that was issued was Mono - very few were in Stereo
Laminate flipback gatefold cover - later issues were non flipback
has the 9 black & white inner pictures (includes the Claudia Cardinale saint like face ghost like soul photo - later withdrawn because used without her permission & replaced on later copies by photo of Dylan)
all 4 vinyl sides are 1st press matix numbers! Scarce ..
SDDP 66012 A1
SDDP 66012 B1
SDDP 66012 C1
SDDP 66012 D1
vinyls are in nr perfect vg ++ / excellent- condition with full gloss shine
perfect labels and centre holes - not a spindle mark in sight
superb sound quality and overall prob grades * as ex -
* the only blemish is a 1cm surface hairline non sounding scuff line / surface mark on side 4 which I have shown in the photos - have played it through and it is in no way noticeable / audible and there is no deterioration of sound quality at all
labels carry the earliest B. Feldman credits
the laminated cover is in excellent condition with just a very minor bump on the top record opening side (to right of Nos 12 & 35 lettering) otherwise pretty impressive and the spine is unusually good / very good ++
original orange inners
very slight roughening of the top edges to cover
it is not too often one sees a 1st press copy of this (mega?) rare Stereo
ICONIC
LEGENDARY
album from Uncle Bob in such great condition and I have added some photos below to assist condition assessment & grading
mystical light anomalies on the orange label are from camera flash
