Description
BOB DYLAN “THE TIMES THEY ARE A-CHANGIN” VINYL LP ORIGINAL 1964 1st PRESS CBS BPG62251
The Vinyl is heavy and looks ok. There are a few light surface scratches which do not appear to affect the sound quality at all. This LP was played a lot but it appears to have stood the test of time extremely well. We played it this week, for the first time in over 25 years, and it still sounds very good. There are some crackles between tracks but we did not detect any skips or jumps.
The Matrix codes are side 1 BPG62251 1Lv1=420 1 1 9
and side 2 BPG62251 2Lv1 420 1 1 B
I believe these codes make it a UK 1st pressing. It has the orange CBS textured label with 33 which is the early CBS records – later ones had 33¹/3.
The outer sleeve/cover is a flipback in very good clean condition part from wear on the opening edges. It has been stored in an additional clear plastic outer.
The inner sleeve is original and in good condition.
I am not a record expert; I am a retired lady who is starting to sell off some of our record collection. All the records I will be placing on eBay are LP’s we purchased new back in the day. We looked after our records and many were stored in plastic outer sleeves to protect the covers.
LP’s will be sent in purpose made despatch cartons and will be posted via Royal Mail 1st Class Post. Any item that sells for over £20 will need to be signed for and my postage rates reflect these costs. I am not attempting to profit from postage charges. I can combine and reduce postage if more than one LP is to be posted to the same buyer – if that is the case, please await invoice before payment via PayPal.
Any questions, please do ask via eBay messages. Thanks for looking.
