Offered here is BOB DYLAN The Freewheelin' RARE STEREO 1963 (Latter Pressing) PROMO Columbia, 13 Tracks, labeled both KCS 8786, back cover, PC 8786, front cover! DEADWAX MATRIX Side One = XSM 58719-3CB, Side Two = XSM 58720-2AL. The Freewheelin' Bob Dylan is the second studio album by American singer-songwriter Bob Dylan, released on May 27, 1963 by Columbia Records. Whereas his debut album Bob Dylan had contained only two original songs, Freewheelin?'? represented the beginning of Dylan's writing contemporary words to traditional melodies. Eleven of the thirteen songs on the album are Dylan's original compositions. The album opens with "Blowin' in the Wind", which became an anthem of the 1960s, and an international hit for folk trio Peter, Paul & Mary soon after the release of Freewheelin?'?. The album featured several other songs which came to be regarded as amongst Dylan's best compositions and classics of the 1960s folk scene: "Girl from the North Country", "Masters of War", "A Hard Rain's a-Gonna Fall" and "Don't Think Twice, It's All Right".
The Original, and only owner, is a London UK to Hollywood CA transplant. HIS QUOTE: "I purchased my albums directly from a Record store, and none are second hand, or flea market finds. Plus, I used feather light cartridge, so as to retain excellent condition and Sound quality." CONDITION: The condition of the vinyl with a visual inspection is Very Good++, with tiny scuff/scratch marks. The cover sleeve is in Very Good/Excellent condition, retaining most of the cover gloss. However, slight ring wear. Also included is the paper protective inner sleeve, in Good Condition, slightly torn. PLEASE READ OUR FEEDBACK CONCERNING OUR GRADING ON RARE LP'S! Shipping note: We remove album from sleeve, and place in a separate plastic sleeve, so the album cover is not dinged during shipping. Plus, we use standard LP mailing boxes, with extra interior bubble wrap to prevent movement or damage during shipment.
