BOB DYLAN withdrawn EP BLOWING IN THE WIND FONTANA 18010
On offer is the very rare withdrawn EP BLOWING IN THE WIND on Fontana TFE 18010 which was withdrawn from release in the UK in 1964. This rare EP features Bob Dylan singing his own composition – Blowing in the wind –which features Dylan recorded live at the Newport Folk Festival, July 26, 1963.
The other tracks on the EP are Joan Baez- Oh freedom / and Pete Seger – Careless love. This rare EP catalogues at £100 in the UK Record Collector Price Guide and is not often offered for sale.
The EP front sleeve is in lovely EX/EX- condition with some minor creasing to one corner (top left). The back sleeve is lovely condition - very nice and tidy – with no writing or marks (see scans). The record labels are in lovely condition with no flaws and the vinyl is nice and clean. The record is visually in nice EX- condition. It plays well. This is a chance to acquire a major UK rarity from Bob Dylan. Please also note my other auction of a rare Dylan withdrawn EP.
