BOB DYLAN withdrawn EP YE PLAYBOYS & PLAYGIRLS FONTANA 18011
On offer is the very rare withdrawn EP YE PLAYBOYS & PLAYGIRLS on Fontana TFE 18011 which was withdrawn from release in the UK in 1964. This rare EP features the Bob Dylan composition - Ye Playboys & Playgirls –which features Dylan recorded live at the Newport Folk Festival, July 28, 1963, with Pete Seeger.
The other tracks on the EP are Joan Baez- Te ador te manha / and Pete Seger – This land is my land. This rare EP catalogues at £100 in the UK Record Collector Price Guide and is not often offered for sale.
The EP front sleeve is in nice VG+ condition with some creasing to the corners. The back sleeve is also very nice and tidy (see scans). The record labels are in lovely condition with no flaws and the vinyl is nice and clean. The record is visually in nice EX-/VG+ condition. It generally plays well but has some minor clicks from the middle of the title track to the end of the track. This is a chance to acquire a major UK rarity from Bob Dylan.
