Description

This is the very rare second pressing back cover of Bob Dylan-Blood on The Tracks (Columbia BL33235). It has the full mural by David Oppenheim. The story goes that Dylan re-recorded several tracks just before the album was released, making the original liner notes by Hammel inaccurate, although copies were released with the notes.To make sure that the second pressing was correct, Columbia changed the back cover art to remove these liner notes and expanded the mural to take up the entire back cover. When the liner notes were nominated for a Grammy, Columbia restored them to the back cover. For this reason, there are few copies to be found with this back cover.The cover has some scuffing and edge wear but is still in Very Good Plus condition. The record is also in Very Good Plus condition.
