The rare gatefold cover with a shot of actress Claudia Cardinale from Schatzberg's portfolio was included but later withdrawn because it had been used without her permission and Cardinale's lawyers threatened to sue, making the original record sleeve a collector's item.

This very rare album cover is in nice condition with some edge wear on the spine The labels are in nice condition with no writing...    I play graded this record... it is in VG to VG+ condition... a solid and enjoyable play with a whisper of  crackle in the quiet. Nothing that is annoying to the listening experience.
