Record is lower end VG+ with scuffs & scratches on both sides.  Has been play tested, & plays very well with lighter surface noise mostly at beginning which quiets down, but no loud pops, no skips, no loud ticks.  Labels are clean.  Sleeve is generic.  See photos.
