This record is in excellent condition. It does have a few spindle marks visible on each label but there are no pen marks, scuffs or any other damage such as stains or fading. The centres are not loose or worn and overall the labels are clean, bright and in good shape with just the few spindle marks to report.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are free from anything remotely serious, have a lovely gloss and overall are nice and clean in normal light. There is however a few very light surface lines and minor marks just about visible. These are all minor and very light but are there nonetheless. These few light lines and some more thin light wispy lines and very minor 'sleeve scuffs' are visible under bright light but not a drastic amount and of course nothing sinister. So overall the record is used but is in great shape overall with no nasty scuffs, serious marks or blemishes but has a few light lines just about visible.
I play tested the record and it played really well and sounded great throughout. It lays flat, there is next to no movement in the record arm and the sound produced is excellent throughout as I say. Its very clear with only a minor amount of surface noise or interference occasionally audible in the audio and a little in the run in and between tracks. There is no distortion caused by excessive use and there are no skips, sticks or annoying clicks/pops. Overall it was a pleasure to play test a great sounding classic UK first press which produced good quality audio which was free of any major issues.
The sleeve is in excellent condition. It does have some light rubbing and wear to the edges and corners but the writing along the spine is all still clearly legible. There are no splits anywhere and no tears, scuffs or pen marks. There is however some faint ring marks showing on both sides and a few minor short creases dotted around. There is also one more substantial crease on the front in the bottom left corner area(pics). Overall it it si clean, bright and free of major issues however, but with the crease and mild edge wear as mentioned. I have tried to describe the sleeve as best I can but please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible as to its condition.
It includes its original lyrics/picture inner(with corners cut off and elliptical cut in opening) which is in excellent condition. This has no tears, splits or pen marks but does have some faint ring marks and some mild discolouring in places.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
