Description

   You are about to bid on an extremely "RARE" Vinyl Record from the legend of REGGAE music as we know it today, "BOB MARLEY AND THE WAILERS" (it was actually just the Wailers when this vinyl was released).

  This is the "Definitive Edition, Remastered with ORIGINAL ARTWORK and Tracklisting" that was re-released in a very small limited pressing through "Island Records" (#314-548-893). Pressed on 200 Gram High Definition Vinyl.

  Both the vinyl and awesome ZIPPO LIGHTER cover art in MINT CONDITION! I saw an extremely small window of opportunity to purchase this BEAUTIFUL vinyl and grabbed it as quick as I could! This vinyl has stayed protected in its case and has NEVER been played. If times weren't hard right now, I wouldn't even think about parting with this TREASURE! But everything happens for a reason and I guess that it is someone else's turn to own this RARE COLLECTOR'S ITEM. The GOOD KARMA attached with this item is included at no additional cost!

  I have searched all over the place and cannot find much info on this REMASTERED version. So grab this extremely RARE and LONG OUT OF PRINT Collector's Vinyl set NOW!

      "Catch a Fire is the major label debut album for Jamaican roots reggae band The Wailers, released on Island Records in 1973 (see 1973 in music). The album established the band as international superstars, and Marley in particular became world-famous, especially in the Caribbean and Africa, and among immigrants in Europe and African-Americans in the United States. The socially aware lyrics and militant tone surprised many listeners, but others were attracted to songwriters Bob Marley and Peter Tosh's confrontational subjects and optimistic view of a future free from oppression.

Catch a Fire peaked at #171 and #51 on Billboard's (North America) Pop Albums and Black Albums charts respectively. It is number 123 on Rolling Stone's list of the 500 greatest albums of all time."
