BOB NEWHART - The Button-Down Mind of Bob Newhart Stereo LP. One of many record albums I am selling on eBay that are a part of an estate collection. Condition is listed as new as it appears to have never been opened as it is STILL SEALED (and I do not want to break the seal). While not in the business of grading record sleeves, this one looks to me to be in excellent to near mint condition (please see pictures and zoom in if desired). As I stated previously it appears to have never been opened and I do not want to break the seal, but I am assuming the record is in near mint/mint condition and has never been played.
