The Visit was Bob Smith's only studio album and he succeeded really well with it. The material is diverse and even if most of the stuff is psych rock oriented there are elements from hard rock and blues rock as well.
The longest song of the record is "Indian Slumber" which is a kick ass trippy song and maybe my personal favourite song of the record. But there are lots of other strong moments in this album as well. If you're a fan of the late 60's American psychedelia you will probably enjoy this record very much. Recommended.
