Description
This is the very rare original rockabilly 45 - BOB and LUCILLE on DITTO RECORDS DT-121, pressed in 1958. Singles are EENY-MEENY-MINEY-MOE & DEMON LOVER. This is a tough 45 to grade as the sound is much different than the visual. It's sound on both sides is VG++ with no skips, ticks, and very little if any noise throughout. As I played both sides I didn't hear any background noise except when the needle hit the dead wax at the end of the song. Visually it is VG with some very light hairlines in some spots. the majority of the hairlines are in the dead wax. The bottom left 1/3 of both sides of the vinyl has a light film over it as pictured which doesn't affect play. I'm not sure if its faded or if it is a surface film but it didn't come off when I cleaned it. I am not sure if there is a way to clean it or not but I did take pictures of what I am talking about and put my finger / knives in the end mark(s) of it. If it weren't for the film it would easily be visually VG+ or even a bit better. It sounds just about Excellent. In a sentence it is 45 that sounds excellent but has a few light hairlines on the music of the vinyl and a light film covering the bottom left 1/3. Again they're just visual sores and don't affect the play. It comes in generic sleeve. Buyer to pay $3 shipping USA & overseas shipping will be calculated. Thanks!
