You are bidding on the rare and out-of-print original self-titled vinyl record BOBBY CHARLES. This is a white label promo copy of the 1972 release
on Warner Brothers/Bearsville Records (BR-2104). Charles is joined by members of the THE BAND, DR. JOHN, and others.

Background on this copy: I purchased the record as a "new" promo back in 1972 at The Forest Record store here in Dayton, Ohio. I have been the album's
only owner.


CONDITION:

RECORD: Excellent

JACKET: The jacket is structurally very sound with sharp corners and edges and no seam splits (see 3rd photo for "credits" edge of jacket). There are no cut-out
notches or punch holes. The album has been stored upright since 1972, and in a clear plastic protective outer sleeve for the past 30 years - both surfaces are nice &
glossy - with some relatively light ring wear.

UNIQUE INSERT: The album comes with the original 7 x 7 inch "wrap around" promotional sheet (see 4th photo). It has a crease near the bottom right corner.



GRADING SCALE:

I visually grade records strictly and under strong lighting conditions. Please note that some records, regardless of visual condition, may still
have occasional tiny tics or pops.

SEALED: Album is still sealed in original shrink wrap and has never been opened.

MINT (M): Album has been opened and most likely unplayed and as close to new as possible.

NEAR MINT (NM): Record appears as Mint condition with perhaps one spindle mark and no marks on the vinyl. Vinyl has original gloss.

EXCELLENT (+/-) (EX+/-): Vinyl has original gloss but close inspection shows superficial sleeve scuffs and/or some wear around the spindle hole.

VERY GOOD (+/-) (EX+/-): May have few superficial light marks like sleeve marks, scuffs or hairlines - but no deep scratches. Vinyl has original gloss.
