Description
Another rare beauty: a solid VG++ bordering on NM copy of Bobby Darin's timeless classic "Mack The Knife" on the UK London American label. The record retains a brilliant luster on both sides, with only a couple of superficial hairline scratches (the reason for the VG++ designation), and playback on my 1015 Wurlitzer is loud and clear, with little to no surface noise and no skips. There are no edge chips, cracks or deep scratches and the record is not warped. A terrific find.

Your record(s) will arrive gently sandwiched between rigid 10X10 inch slabs of cardboard wrapped in double layers of bubble wrap, all of which is then cocooned in Styrofoam pellets in a sturdy 12X12X6 inch box. There are slightly cheaper shipping methods, but the increased depth of the box goes a long way toward insuring the safe arrival of your purchase(s). Having on numerous occasions gone through the disappointment of losing terrific 78s to inadequate packaging, I feel it's more than worth the extra few bucks.

GRADING SCALE:
M -- As new and unplayed.
NM -- Nearly Mint, but has been played. No visible signs of wear or damage.
VG++ -- Retains a great luster, with minimal visible signs of needle wear, but bears a few surface scuffs and/or scratches that do not affect play.
VG+ -- An average condition 78 on which scuffs and general use have dulled the finish somewhat. Needle wear is moderate, but playback is generally free from distortion, pronounced hiss or intrusive pops.
