Description

Recorded on February 6, 1966 at Van Gelder Studio, Englewood Cliffs, NJ. This is a 1967 Blue Note/Liberty Records BNST-84231 stereo reissue. Both sides have the correct Bobby Hutcherson “Happenings” tracks and the Side-2 label is correct but Side-1 has a Jimmy Smith “Bucket” Blue Note 84235 label. This is the first time I’ve had a Blue Note album with two different labels. Good opportunity to get a super rare 1967 LP in great condition. Photos show the condition and details of actual items.

Album Description

·      VINYL- NM: The LP has never been played. A visual review of both sides shows no scuffs or scratches. Side-1: BNST 84231-A, Side-2: BNST 84231-B stamped in  runout. Vinyl cleaned using a VPI record cleaning machine before shipping. Any spindle wear occurred during the cleaning process.

·      RECORD LABELS: Blue Note/Liberty blue and white labels.

·      COVER- VG++: Front and back surfaces and edges have normal age wear. There are no marks, writing, corner cuts or seam splits.

·      SLEEVE: Original paper sleeve.
